We are pleased to walk you through the processes of dent repair.

STEP 1:
Compete Appraisal
Transcendent will now process your claim.
When you receive your damage assessment from SGI, we go over your claim and your vehicle to ensure nothing was missed. There may times when a supplement on your claim may take a couple of days for approval. Most times we can get straight to work.
STEP 2:
Confirm Repair
Choosing your repair process.
Once you have decided to have Transcendent repair your vehicle, we will call to book a repair time. Upon your appointment booking we will notify your appraiser. At this time, we would order any parts required to repair your vehicle.
STEP 3:
Repair Time
Schedule repair time and arrange a rental vehicle
Transcendent will notify SGI of your vehicle repair time. This is where we will provide you with an estimated time of completion and all repairs will be made to your vehicle. Please bring your vehicle washed and arrive 10 minutes prior to your repair time.
STEP 4:
Return Vehicle
Getting back on the road
Your vehicle will be returned to you cleaned with all repairs completed. Your vehicle is now backed by our limited lifetime warranty.
